Nutrition consultations start with completion of a 3 day food diary and a small questionnaire. The initial food diary gives the nutritionist a good 'jumping off' point that indicates which areas do and don't need adjusting, and it also gives the nutritionist an idea of what foods you like to eat so these can be incorporated (if possible) into your eating plan.  To get started, contact me now.

Initial Consultations: $110 Online

Includes analysis of your 3 day food diary using professional dietary software, a written evaluation of the analysis, discussion of goals and food history, and an individualised food plan.  You will also be provided with a information to help you achieve your goals, and a smaller weekly food diary for you to record your progress and to help with follow up consultations. 

Follow up Consultations: $30 Online

Includes discussion of your weekly food diaries and any adjustments needed to your food plan.   This will require scanning and/or e-mailing of your weekly food diaries prior to the consultation, as well as detailing anything that is or isn't working, and any difficulties you may be encountering. 

Dietary Analysis $80

This is a great way to get some feedback on where you currently stand as far as your nutritional intakes are concerned to make sure you are on the right track.  You will need to fill out and return the initial 3 day food diary which is then analysed using professional dietary software. You will then receive a copy of the results (including graphs and tables), a written evaluation, and a list of recommendations based on these results.

Recipe Makeover $30

Do you have favourite recipes but just don’t know how healthy they are, or you know they aren’t the healthiest and just want to know if you can make them better?  Send me a copy of your recipe and I will analyse it to show how much fat, protein, carbohydrates and calories it provides per serving, and then revamp the recipe to make it healthier if needed.

Shopping List Makeover $30

We eat what is in our environment, so therefore what you buy with your weekly grocery shop is what you will eat.  Let me help to set you and your family up for healthy eating by buying healthier foods.  Send me a list of what you would normally buy each week, and I will go over it and recommend healthier alternatives where needed and set you up for healthier living.
