As a result of all of these benefits you look, and more importantly, you feel so much better.
If you have never exercised before, get yourself checked out by your doctor before you start. Walking is a great way to get started. It is good for burning fat, you can do it almost anywhere, and it costs little. All you need is a pair of walking shoes. Joining a gym is another good way to start, where you have the benefit of qualified trainers who can prescribe a program that suits your fitness level and goals. Going to the gym first thing in the morning is a great way to get your metabolism going and set you up for the day. You then have the evenings free for other things, and there is no opportunity not to go at the end of the day because you are too busy or too tired.
Exercise should be enjoyable, so if neither of those activities appeal to you find something that does. Either way, get out there and start exercising!
